All classes are FREE to attend. A suggested donation of $65 is appreciated for those who are able. Every contribution helps provide free therapy and healing services to our community.

Painting Class

September 8th, 6-8 pm

discover the joy of creating and explore what art can reveal about yourself

Bring your favorite nature photo. A close up of a shell or leaf works well, but mountains and sunsets are great too. Whatever brings you meaning.

We'll experiment with individual expression and exploration. And have fun too!

BYOC (Bring Your Own Craft)

November 10th, 6-8 pm

enjoy an evening of creativity, conversation, and community

Bring a project you are already working on or something you have been meaning to do but haven’t gotten around to. Could be knitting, collage, cross stitch, painting, jewelry making... anything!

Don’t have a project, we can help you come up with something!

We’ll provide the wine! Bring a snack to share.

There is no suggested donation for this group.

Transformational Art Workshop

October 13th, 6-8 pm

reduce stress and experience the healing power of creativity

· Integrate your lived experience into healing

· Come alive with creativity

· Find answers from your inner wisdom

This evening is all about finding deeper insight through creativity.  While we’ll be using art materials, it’s not about learning to paint.

Our time together will be about reducing STRESS!  We’ll use the art process to explore what causes stress, the answers you already hold, and new understandings you reveal through the creative process.

Clay Class

December 8th, 6-8 pm

get your hands dirty and your imagination flowing with clay

Life is messy! You’re not doing it wrong. Life isn’t about perfection. It’s a wild and outrageous invitation full of uncertain outcomes.

Learn basic hand-building skills in clay – pinching, coiling, and slab building – as we explore how you want to live your one beautiful, messy, wild life!

Groups

Moms Support Group

Join a welcoming group where moms can connect, be real, and feel seen. Come as you are for conversation, sharing, and support with other moms who get it.

Meets the first and third Tuesday of the month, on-going from 5:30-6:30 pm.

Come for the conversation, stay for the laughs, the “me too!” moments, and the occasional reminder that you’re not alone in figuring this whole motherhood thing out.

Most gatherings are simply time to talk and connect, with occasional topics, activities, or guided conversations mixed in.

There is no cost to sign up or participate.
