Our Services

Individual Therapy

Our therapist, Kellen Kaye LPC, provides confidential, one-on-one therapy services. She takes a client centered approach that focuses on creating a safe, supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard and understood. Her goal is to meet clients where they are and support them as they explore challenges, gain insight and build on their strengths. Together, they will work toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and lasting personal growth. We believe that each person has the capacity for growth and healing and our role is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change.

Sessions usually last 50 minutes and occur weekly or biweekly, as decided on together with your therapist. The first session focuses on gathering information and establishing treatment goals together tailored to each person’s unique goals, needs, and life experiences.

Her style is warm, non-judgmental, and grounded in genuine curiosity. She strives to create a space where you feel safe to show up as you are. She works with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or low mood, life transitions, adjustment challenges, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and trauma.

Group Counseling

Our therapist, Kellen Kaye LPC, offers group counseling to provide a supportive, confidential environment to share challenges, develop communication skills, and learn from others.  Group counseling can offer benefits often equivalent to or more effective than individual therapy because it reduces isolation as members realize that others share their experiences.  Members help provide a support network and sounding board for each other.

Our groups provide a safe space to practice communication and boundary setting with others while receiving feedback and gaining new perspectives. This can lead towards greater self-awareness and building of important interpersonal skills all through a shared human connection among members.

The group is usually limited to 7-8 members and may be less structured allowing members to focus on interpersonal interactions among members or it may be structured, focused on learning specific coping skills for issues facing the group members.

Soul Journey RIM® Sessions

Our certified RIM® facilitator, Julie Murphy Seavy, provides individual RIM® (Regenerating Images in Memory) sessions for clients. The RIM® method uses a synthesis of techniques allowing clients to communicate with their intuitive self and subconscious mind, including deep relaxation, visualization, body-sensing, and interactive guided imagery.

RIM® is especially helpful for people in need of support, who have pain and injuries in the body, are working on emotional issues (overcoming fear, unblocking anger and hurt), experienced childhood trauma (child abuse, sexual abuse, and emotional neglect), desire intergenerational healing (expressing anger and hurt related to a parent or other adult), need support finding success in relationships, preparation for major events and next steps, finding purpose in life, achieving goals, gaining confidence, and finding answers.

Transformational Art

Our therapist, Kellen Kaye LPC, and our certified RIM® facilitator, Julie Murphy Seavy, provide guided art sessions for individuals and groups that allow deep emotional work through hands-on imagery created by participants in an intentional setting. Working with evocative mediums brings participants into a flow state and allows access to parts of themselves that may be hidden from conscious daily life. Uncovering those parts with a trained guide brings understanding, healing, and transformation.

We provide all the materials and guidance for you to participate in the art for wellness experience.

Women’s Groups

Finding your people is like cuddling up in a warm blanket.  You feel warm and cozy, comfortable and held.  Our women’s groups provide a place to come together for support and conversation.  Each group is guided by our providers and focused on the needs and wants of the members.  Some groups are casual, where members bring crafts or needlework and enjoy unstructured conversation, others are topic-focused, some provide a way to partner with a mentor, others are shaped around practical needs.  Let us know if you are looking for a particular kind of women’s group.

Art Classes

Join our painting, glass, or mixed-media workshops for a journey into creativity!  These hands-on classes allow you to develop your personal style and artistic skills while experimenting with new materials, all in a low-key, welcoming atmosphere.  Our staff serves as instructors in various mediums and styles, with a focus on individual expression and exploration.

Watch our schedule for upcoming classes or request a group or private lesson.  We love to do small group gatherings.  These are great for families and kids, team building, small friend groups, crafters, people looking to learn about new things, and those who want to have fun!

These classes are free to clients and all materials are provided. Community members may also participate and are encouraged to give a donation towards our greater mission.
